Delete your Gatefall account

In the app

1. Open Gatefall and tap Settings at the bottom right of the map.
2. Tap Delete account, read what will be deleted, and tap Delete forever.
3. The account and its data are deleted at once, and the app signs you out.

Without the app

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Gatefall account".
2. Write the Google account (email address) you use with Google Play Games on the phone where you play, so we can find your Play Games player ID.
3. We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your account and its link to your Play Games player ID.
• Your game progress: class, level, skills, items, crystals and fight history.
• Your daily step totals and quest progress.
• Any location data still kept (we delete it after 7 days anyway).
• Your sign-in tokens, so the app on your phone is signed out.
• Crash reports and usage events linked to your account ID, at Sentry and PostHog.

What we keep

Nothing linked to you. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you, such as how many fights were played on a day, may stay.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Steps stay in Health Connect on your phone; you manage them there.
